Privacy Policy

Transferable Ops ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit this site and engage with our services. Transferable Ops is the joint practice of The Good Studio and Strategic Database Systems; both firms are bound by this policy when working on a Transferable Ops engagement.

Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries.

  • Analytics data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This is anonymous usage data such as pages visited, referrer, country, and device class. No personal profiles are built.
  • Contact information. When you book a Discovery call, email us, or submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, the situation you describe).
  • Engagement information. If you engage us for Discovery or implementation work, we receive operational and business information necessary to do the work. That information is governed by the engagement NDA, not by this policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
  • To deliver the engagement you've signed for.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To send follow-up communications you've explicitly requested.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we use to operate the site and our engagements (Vercel for hosting and analytics, Cal.com for booking) and only to the extent needed to deliver that service. Engagement information shared under NDA is never sold or disclosed outside that engagement.

Cookies

The site uses minimal cookies, primarily for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will continue to function.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing tyler@thegoodstudio.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
